I have spent 14 years helping others achieve their goals.  As a manager for some of America's top fitness companies, I have had a chance to train trainers while helping my own clients be successful with a wide range of goals: weight loss, back and shoulder pain, injury prevention, rehab/physical therapy, increases in strength and flexibility, increases in athletic performance, and improvements in overall fitness.


Why I am Different

Nutrition - I hold a Bachelors degree in Nutrition Science, and a Masters in Health Education.  This brings a fact-based approach, and a great foundation for helping you meet your body's biological needs.  No fads, no pills, no diets-just a focus on health from the inside out.

Holistic - we will take all factors into consideration when making you move and feel better.  Stress, sleep, digestion...it's all connected to your health.

 

Teacher - teaching all nutritional components at a school for fitness professionals lets me work with different learning styles.  One of our primary goals is empowering you to be successful on your own. Together, we will come up with a plan for your success.

 Experience - from training athletes to helping an individual learn how to walk...with over 15,000 sessions trained and multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I've been there. 


Options

In Person Training- one-on-one customized training to help you achieve your goal-whatever that may be! 

Remote Training - we will use email, phone, and video conferencing to train-a great option for travel, if you are in a different part of the country, or for busy schedules.

Program Design - need workouts and guidance, but feel that one-on-one training isn't quite for you?  Let me design an 4 week program tailored to you and your goals.
